So, what makes us different?

Over the last ten years, Olly has learnt several skills; a positive relationship with the client is one of my fundamental beliefs in creating a successful building space. Building can be a testing time, with a changing climate stressing the client and building team; working together makes this experience more enjoyable for both parties.

Building or building companies can be similar to airlines; they can all fly and get you from A to B, but the experience in between makes it attractive and enjoyable. The one percenters also contribute to a better experience, which we regularly practice at OJM Builders and with fellow subcontractors.

CLEANLINESS

Building can be messy, so we limit the mess with control methods, such as vacuums and wet-cutting machinery. By the end of the day, we will be sure to have a clean working space and clean house if the clients are still occupied.

RESPECT

Respecting the client's home, if we can use amenities during construction, this is considered a luxury, and we will respect it as your home, not just a job site toilet.

COMMUNICATION

Communicating everything during construction is crucial to a good building experience. A lot goes into the construction, which can be foreign grounds for many people. We will do our best to explain what needs to happen and why it needs to happen. At OJM, we encourage all questions to ensure our clients are always in the loop.

SAFETY

At the end of the day, ensuring we all go home safely and the house's occupants are safe during construction is the most critical objective. Building can be hazardous. With the use of machinery and tools or working at heights, we will ensure we are all inducted to the risks at hand and will eliminate any chances if the house's occupants are still around during construction.
